Class 2 Driver

Hunter Professional, a leading Transport and Logistics agency, is currently recruiting 4 Class 2 Drivers to join our client's team in Southampton (SO19). Position Overview:

Key Duties:

Service a variety of catering establishments and customers.Rotate between tasks such as delivering bins, collecting food waste, delivering premium cooking oil, and picking up used cooking oil.

Physical Requirements:

The role involves lifting and moving items weighing over 20kg.Successful candidates will receive manual handling training and undergo a medical evaluation.

Ideal Candidate:

Licensing & Qualifications:

A valid Class 2 driving license with no DR10 or IN10 (or equivalent) offence codes and no more than 6 penalty points.Familiarity with Digital Tacho cards and a valid CPC qualification are required.

Experience:

Previous experience in multi-drop, delivery, or collection roles is helpful but not mandatory.Customer service experience is a plus.Experience in the waste industry is an advantage.

Compensation:

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour, Monday to Friday.
