HGV 2 HIAB Driver

Hunter Professional is looking for experienced HGV 2 HIAB drivers for their client based in Southampton.

For this HGV 2 HIAB role, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting building materials around the south coast area. You will be responsible for operating a HIAB which will include offloading building products. This job will include multi-drop, but the majority of the deliveries will be in bulk. You will be responsible for securing and strapping down your load and ensuring that you are following health and safety at all times.

Must have:

• A Full Valid UK Licence with Category C
• A Valid CPC and Digital tacho card
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Must have at least a year of HGV 2 driving experience
• Manuel, Remote, Brick, Hook or Grab certificate 
• Must have previous multidrop and HIAB driving experience
• A good understanding of building products is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the UK roads
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Clear and concise communication skills
