Production Operative

Are you looking to be a Production Operative in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are hiring Tray Wash Operatives to join our team in Wellingborough!
Shift Details:
Location: Wellingborough
Shift Pattern: 3 days on, 3 days off
Day Shift: 06:00 - 18:00
Night Shift: 18:00 - 06:00
Pay Rates:
Day Shift: £11.52 per hour
Night Shift: £12.10 per hour
Overtime Pay:
Day Overtime: £13.02 per hour
Night Overtime: £13.60 per hour
Bonus: Productivity bonus for meeting targets
Key Responsibilities:
Work in a Tray Wash environment:
Infeed: Remove waste from trays and load them into machines
Outfeed: Stack washed trays onto pallets
Quality Control: Ensure trays are clean and free of labels and waste
Skills & Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting
No prior experience needed, as full training will be provided
